Terms and Conditions

Last updated: Spet 3, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Spred (“Spred,” “we,” “us”), including our website and social media automation and cross-posting service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use Spred. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@spredapp.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Description of the Service

Spred lets you connect social media accounts and automate the publishing or cross-posting of content between platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, through workflows you configure.

4. Connected Third-Party Accounts and Platforms

Spred integrates with third-party platforms (each, a “Connected Platform”) through their respective official APIs. When you connect an account, you authorize Spred to access and use data from that account as described in our Privacy Policy, and your use of that integration remains subject to the Connected Platform’s own terms, in addition to these Terms.

YouTube

By connecting a YouTube account or otherwise using YouTube API Services through Spred, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Google’s collection and use of information obtained from your use of YouTube API Services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

You may revoke Spred’s access to your Google/YouTube account at any time through your Google Security Settings.

Facebook and Instagram

By connecting a Facebook or Instagram account, you agree to be bound by the Meta Platform Terms and Meta’s applicable terms of service.

You may revoke Spred’s access at any time through Facebook or Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites.

TikTok

By connecting a TikTok account, you agree to be bound by the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok’s Terms of Service.

You may revoke Spred’s access at any time through TikTok Settings and Privacy → Manage Account → Apps and devices.

Snapchat

By connecting a Snapchat account, you agree to be bound by the Snap Developer Terms and Snap’s Terms of Service.

You may revoke Spred’s access at any time through Snapchat Settings → Connected Apps.

Additional Platforms

If Spred adds support for other platforms, use of that integration will be subject to that platform’s terms in the same manner as described above, and we will update this section accordingly.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Spred, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from any Connected Platform outside of Spred’s authorized workflows.
  • Download, cache, or store copies of content from a Connected Platform, or use Spred to transfer content between platforms in a manner that infringes copyright or violates that platform’s API or developer policies.
  • Use the Service to upload, publish, or distribute content that infringes any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of service, developer policies, or community guidelines of any Connected Platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to or publish through Spred. You grant us a limited license to access, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and the workflows you configure. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to publish your content through Spred to each Connected Platform.

7. Copyright Complaints

Spred respects intellectual property rights and will respond to well-founded notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe content accessible through Spred infringes your copyright, contact us at info@spredapp.ai with enough detail for us to identify and address the content.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features of Spred may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

You may stop using Spred and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse a Connected Platform’s API, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any Connected Platform will remain available, compatible, or unchanged.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spred and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Spred harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any Connected Platform’s policies.

13. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spred regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including outages or policy changes by a Connected Platform.
  • Relationship of the Parties: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Spred.
  • No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not confer any rights on any third party, except that each Connected Platform may enforce the provisions of these Terms that relate to its own APIs and policies.
  • Notices: We may provide notices to you via email, through the Service, or by posting on our website.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect new Connected Platforms or changes to a platform’s policies. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
